“Everything that is made beautiful and fair and lovely is
made for the eye of one who sees.”
Rumi
behind the camera
My entire life, I have relied on my left brain. By profession, I am an engineer who works in the analytical field. This hasn't stopped me from using my right brain on occasion. The photographs on this website are my interpretation of the 'moment' through my eyes and lens.
Our lives are all made up of moments. Most of us live in the past or worry about the future, and we forget to live in the NOW...Photography allows me to stay in the now and remember the joy, the grief, the laughter, the thrill, the rush, the love, the sunray, the breeze, the touch, the gaze, the scent, the cool air, the music, the silence......simply just remember the moment …
Rumi says ‘We are not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly’. Photography is my wings. I’m free and at home when I have my camera with me.
The Art of Capturing Moments: A Journey Through Photography
Photography is a dance between light and shadow, a delicate balance that gives life to images. The interplay of natural light, the strategic use of angles, and the photographer's keen eye converge to create compositions that evoke emotions and provoke thought. In this dance, every frame is a carefully choreographed step, leading the viewer through a visual journey.
